When should you consider going vegan?

When considering going vegan it's more of a lifestyle, so you should do it gradually. Start out small by gradually cutting out different food groups. For example, you can start by cutting out red meat for a month. Then next month, take away something else like chicken, or fish. Then next month cut out dairy. Then next month cut out eggs. This is all up to you so take as long as you need and do it in what ever order you feel most comfortable.

Where can you go Vegan?

At Work, Home, Play and Sleep.

Going Vegan is a lifestyle which encompasses everything we do from the food choices we make at home or at work to the products that we use in our everyday lives.
